Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

By completing your purchase of a subscription, pre-order, or deferred payment product, you authorize BUT 1ST NAILS to automatically charge your payment method at the price and frequency specified during checkout.

  

Subscription & Pre-Order Cancellations

Timeframe: You can cancel your subscription or pre-order at any time up to 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date or product shipment.

How to Cancel: Cancellations can be managed directly through your customer account dashboard, or by contacting our support team at but1stnails@outlook.com. 

Refunds: Once an order has entered processing or has been fulfilled/shipped, the cancellation request will apply only to subsequent billing cycles. No refunds will be issued for processed or shipped portions of a recurring cycle.

Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles and renewals.
