Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For custom press-on sets, processing includes a mandatory email consultation to ensure perfect nail sizing and design selection before production begins. Payment is required in advance via our secure checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via Canada Post or UPS. Expedited shipping services are available at an extra cost depending on the carrier selected.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BUT 1ST NAILS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, cross-border customs fees, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. If you did not receive your order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will gladly work alongside you to provide any order details needed to resolve the claim with the carrier.
Sizing & Returns
Please see our sizing guide for details on how to measure your nails accurately before finalizing your order. Because all press-on sets are custom-made to order, they are non-refundable. Please ensure your measurements are correct before completing your purchase.
